How does semi-private personal training still have each person’s goals in mind? Great question! Through carefully managing time, having the right exercise selection and knowing each athlete’s strengths and weakness, I’m able to keep things moving smoothly from a logistics standpoint.
My beginnings in fitness all involved group training. As the Fitness Instructor at a home for disabled adults, I had to be on my toes and know how to keep the group running as safely as possible. When I worked as a Wellness Coordinator for teenage boys on the spectrum, my job included training a group of 4 to 8 teenagers at a time. If that doesn’t teach you the ability to balance groups and their dynamics, I don’t know what does!
Support and Accountability
We’re all social creatures, and sometimes it’s just better to push ourselves with someone else. Bring along your partner, your children (14+), your friends, whoever! Just be sure to bring along your energy and commitment.
