Robert is talented and patient. I cannot believe the amount of progress I made in just a few months of working with him. I was in a car crash 13 years ago and have since tried countless physical therapy programs, multiple accupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists, etc. Overall I made little progress, had chronic pain, weakness, restricted movement.

I was afraid Robert would not be able to work with me because of the old injuries and other health conditions, but he didn’t hesitate. I was also afraid of getting injured or making the pain worse, but I had nothing to worry about. I have never left the gym in pain. In fact, the daily pain I used to have is gone!
