My story
I'd go to the gym
Run myself into the ground for a few hours, go home and wait for the change to happen. I’d get up each morning and look in the mirror expecting to see the fat falling away and it just never seemed to happen.
And I always felt a little off. A bit sick. Less than 100%.
HERE'S THE THING :
I was making common mistakes everyone else was doing.
- I thought by skipping meals I’d lose weight faster, but that only led to binge eating later.
- I thought by doing mindless amounts of cardio (that I didn’t enjoy) I would burn fat, but that only stopped my body from being able to build muscle.
- I tried lifting weights that were way heavier than I could handle, but that only lead to injuries.
I’ve been there. I tried it all. Maybe you have, too.
Then one day I figured it out and began to train smarter. I ate better and more consistently. I learned that recovery was just as important as training.
Then the weight melted off.
My energy came back. My testosterone and viritlity came back. I felt like me again after years of being an exhausted shadow.
